Ti-Lock-Metal movement control joints
are designed for use in floors and walls
where larger than normal
movements are anticipated. Such positions
include directly above longitudinal
debonded joints in ground supported
slabs, over beams in suspended floors
where spans exceed 15m, and in wooden
flooring subject to significant drying
shrinkage.
Application
Ti-Lock-Metal joints are suitable for
use with
virtually the entire spectrum of furnishing
media,
from hard finishes such as ceramic tiles,
marble
and terrazzo, to industrial epoxy coatings,
paints
and wooden flooring or wall cladding. |
Ti-Lock-Metal
joints are available as two separate
joint types.

to be installed with bed affixed

Comprising high quality aluminium
extrusions linked by a High Density
Foam compressible filler, Ti-Lock-Metal
joints provide ±2.5mm of movement
capacity.
Ti-Lock-Metal
joints are designed to support up
to 600KN of loading and are ideal
for use in
areas where fork lift trucks, pallet
trucks and
other such vehicles are used.
