After 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry Susan was tempted by the challenge of transforming Vexcolt into a lean manufacturing hub servicing a global client base.

As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner, her leadership has been transformative not only in terms of quality, efficiency and sustainability but also in terms of the responsiveness needed to support the design flexibility of our technical teams working with architects and engineers worldwide.

Bespoke solutions tailored to meet the needs of innovative building design have to be manufactured quickly, efficiently, with the minimum of waste and most importantly in an environmentally sustainable manner.

Arun is the leader of a team of specialist engineers responsible for engineering design and technical support globally. He specialises in the Middle east and Africa.

Arun’s team encompasses a belief in design flexibility to improve performance within complex projects for architects, engineers, construction companies and, most importantly, for the client.

Arun and his team, along with architectural and engineering clients have developed innovative solutions to meet the needs of innovative building design. Over 70% of Vexcolt’s international projects incorporate products tailored to the project rather than ones picked from a catalogue.

Chris is not simply a traditional financial controller whose traditional role has been to record a history of financial transactions.

Chris is an integral part of a team with the aim of serving a global client base of creative architects and engineers. Over the past 3 years has introduced new processes and accounting software systems allying prudent financial controls with inbuilt flexibility.

Camila is a key part of the specialist engineering group and is involved in sales and technical support of Vexcolt’s operations throughout South America.

Lee is team leader covering product processing, warehousing, and despatch. He comes with 11yrs manufacturing experience.
